Stood up nolan.so today as a place to build in public — separate from the polished heynolan.me, which stays the clean front door.

The shape:

• Log — short, dated notes like this one. What I’m making, as it happens.
• Blog — longer writeups when something is worth a real essay.
• Projects — the things the log turns into.

Built on Astro, content is plain Markdown in the repo, design is deliberately Notion-plain: one column, lots of whitespace, almost no chrome. Write, commit, ship.
